July 2022 - Week 3 Stats for Surrey, Cloverdale, & Langley

Here’s what happened in the 3rd week of July in the Surrey, Cloverdale & Langley housing market!
This week was similar in comparison to last week in terms of new listings coming to the market for single family homes while new listings increased for condos and townhomes in all 3 areas. Sales were like last week as well as they were low.

Overall if we compare the numbers with June 3 weeks in, both listings and sales have dropped this month. We are in the middle of the Summer, and everyone is out and about enjoying the weather. Naturally, in a normal real estate cycle, the summer months are usually slow. 

So, if you are thinking about making a move remember that if you sell low in this market, you also buy low in this market – it’s always relative.
