Here are the stats for the last week of September! New listings were relatively lower this week in Surrey and Cloverdale for all property types. Townhomes and condos in Langley both saw big jumps in new listings while single family homes were also slow. Overall, we are seeing a steady number of showings on listings and open houses as well. As much as we hear in the news that the market is slow and homes aren’t selling, there is buyer and seller activity In the market. Listings are coming and sales have been consistent the past few weeks. Next week we'll have our market update for the month of September so keep an eye out for that. Have a great week ahead!
