Its pretty much the same that happened in the 1st week and the weeks before. It’s just a normal balanced real estate market. We’re not seeing crazy week to week jumps, its much of the same in terms of new listings and sales.
2 weeks into September we had 939 listings and 363 sales and now 2 weeks into October we have 1,053 listings and 369 sales. We are pretty much on par to match the numbers in September. Welcome to a normal real estate market!
