This week in Surrey, Cloverdale & Langley was a little different from the past weeks. Only 3 segments kept up the increase in new listings: single family homes & condos in Surrey & townhomes in Langley. The biggest drop in new listings was for townhomes in Cloverdale as they dropped by 50%. Another interesting thing to note is that, days on market maybe stabilizing now. This can be a sign that the market is also starting to stabilize. It'll be interesting to see how it goes for the remainder of October as the interest rates are expected to go up on October 26th.
