For the 2nd consecutive week, new listings went up for single family homes in Surrey and condos in Langley. Great news for buyers that are looking to buy in those particular segments. Cloverdale saw a decent drop in new listings this week as well. We are seeing some properties that can be had for really good prices. Properties that would sell for over $1.5M in Spring can now be had for around $1.2M in some areas.
