Lets talk about prices this week. We have started seeing that prices have plateaued in some areas. Lower priced listings have sold and stopped coming to the market now. New listings are down again and sales are consistent which has been the story for the last few weeks. Maybe its time to take advantage of Black Friday in real estate as well? Have a great week ahead!
