So what happened in the past in real estate? Interest rates are up.. again! They went up 50 basis points and might be the last hike that happens. In the real estate market, listings are definitely coming at a slower pace than what happened in October 11 days in. Whats interesting is that sales is actually higher than the listings AND they are happening at a higher pace than in October.
