It is important to know what is happening in the housing market as a buyer and as a homeowner. Sales are slowly taking some time to pick up and we think they will as there are some great deals on the market right now in your neighborhood.
Inventory is rising for detached homes, townhomes and condos in Surrey, Cloverdale, & Langley as well. As we get closer to the end of January and into February, activity in the market should start to pick up. I can't believe we're already halfway through January, it feels like it just started.
