Surrey saw the most homes comes to the market this past week with 51 new listings for detached homes, 37 for townhomes and 48 for condos.
Cloverdale had a slower week as only 31 total new listings came to the market in Cloverdale for single family homes, townhomes and condos.
Langley had mixed results. Only 27 new listings for detached homes which includes farmland. There were 35 new listings for townhomes and 28 for condos.
All in all, new listings for this week were up and down for certain segments and that shows as we are at the lowest level of new supply for listings in over 30 years.
Due to this lack of supply, showings have increased, open houses are busier and multiple offer situations have also happened.
