Surrey, Cloverdale, and Langley Housing Market Update - Mar. 5. 2023

Listings are up for single family homes in all three areas and for condos in Langley as they almost doubled! If you are a buyer looking for single family homes or for a condo in Langley, you are in luck!

Apart from that, buyers are more or less looking at the same listings especially if you're looking for a condo in Cloverdale where no new listings came to the market.

Sales were high in February as they almost doubled January numbers. It's going to be interesting to see if that was just pent up demand from last year or a trend that will continue as we enter March. One thing we know for sure is that there are still not enough listings in the market, so sellers it's a great time to make that jump and get great value for your home.
