Here is your weekly market update for Surrey, Cloverdale, and Langley.
This week in real estate have been similar to previous weeks. New listings coming to the market are at a considerably lower pace than the amount of sales that are happening. To put that into context, lets quickly compare March to February.
Listings went up which is great but it only increased by 26%. Sales on the other hand went up up 65%. Sales are almost tripling the pace of newer listings coming to the market and that's why you are hearing about multiple offers and homes selling over asking in some areas.
