I hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend so far! Here is your weekly market update for Surrey, Cloverdale, and Langley.
New listings coming to the market this week were definitely lower than the previous week. Surrey and Cloverdale had a minor drop whereas in Langley the drop was bigger.
For single family homes in Langley, there were only 51 new listings which is 31 fewer than the week before. There were 20 new townhome listings which is only 6 fewer then the previous week and new condo listings were at 33 this week which is 22 fewer than last week.
Sales are happening at a steady pace over the past few weeks as interest rates have stayed the same and inventory levels are still low.
